If the folks at Flamme Rouge Racing are organizing an event, you can expect a few things. It will be grand! It will be great! And you will want to get involved!
24 hrs Atop Ventop, FRR’s Charity Club Challenge, is no different. They chose the setting because it’s “an iconic place in real life, the longest Zwift climb, and embodies everything about us and what we look to achieve.”
That is, to raise funds for two great charities and to support the charities of the three clubs whose riders complete the most ascents.
Cyclists Fighting Cancer (CFC) is a registered charity founded in 2005 that provides bikes, tandems, and specially adapted trikes to children and young people living with and beyond cancer throughout the UK.
The Bodie Hodges Foundation (BHF) offers one-on-one bereavement counseling for families who have lost a child.
They set up a central fundraising site to collect and distribute donations. Click here for details and suggestions on how much to donate.
