The Tour du Monde 2025, the premier 12-stage series, celebrates its 6th edition, but first on the MyWhoosh cycling esports platform.
OTR Virtual Events’ premier, multi-day stage racing event, the Tour du Monde (TDM), returns for its 6th edition. It is exclusive to MyWhoosh, and major sponsors Rothai Cycle Clothing have signed on to provide swag and prizes this year.
The Tour de MyWhoosh 2025 is a 12-stage virtual cycling event, commencing on January 7, 2025, with an Individual Time Trial (ITT). Spanning 339 kilometers and featuring 4,273 meters of ascent over two and a half weeks, the tour includes both climbing and sprint stages, with two rest days per week to aid in fatigue management.

Competitions
TDM 2025 features multiple competitions:
- General Classification (GC): Cumulative time-based ranking.
- Climbers and Sprinters Competitions: Points awarded on designated climbing and sprint stages.
- Team Competition: Points from each team’s third finisher contribute to the team total.
Stages are categorized as “Climbing” or “Sprinting,” with GC contenders needing to excel across all terrains.
To accommodate riders across various time zones, three daily time slots are available, catering to participants from Australia, the UAE, and Europe. The event encourages cyclists of all skill levels to join, aiming to be the platform’s most significant community event to date.

Tour du Monde 2025 Prizes
Prizes include unique Tour de MyWhoosh 2025 jerseys from Rothai for winners of the General Classification (GC), Sprint, Climbers, and Teams competitions. Additionally, all participants will be entered into daily prize draws, with a special end-of-tour draw for those who complete all 12 stages.

Registration
- Teams: Automatically registered by participating in the TTT prologue (Jan 1–6). Teams must consist of 3–6 riders.
- Individuals: Simply join Stage 1 on Jan 7.
