The ‘Ready to Ride‘ feature is a new menu screen on ELEMNT bike computers designed to streamline pre-ride functions. It was developed based on user feedback and aims to provide easier access to essential features. The redesigned menu offers quick access to the sensor menu, route loading, and battery status, making it more straightforward for users to prepare for their rides.
One notable improvement in the ‘Ready to Ride‘ update is the inclusion of battery status for electronic shifting systems like Shimano Di2 and SRAM eTAP. The data can be displayed on any workout screen, allowing riders to monitor their battery charge during their ride. Additionally, users will receive post-ride alerts on the ride summary screen if the ELEMNT or any paired sensor requires charging.
The new update will be available on the ELEMNT ROAM V2 and ELEMNT BOLT V2. Owners of the original ELEMNT BOLT and ROAM will also benefit from a restructured menu, maintaining the existing theme.

Wonder if there’s a way to get the pedal power and HRM and such in there, too. I don’t fiddle with the Roam much, but would be handy. The one thing that I can’t ride without is my Varia and doubt they will pass battery info or the other data (# of cars through the ride, etc.) but sure would be nice
Great feedback, Casey! I’ll keep an eye out.
