Stage Racing is coming to the cycling esports platform indieVelo, with four stages of men's, women's, and team-based GC competitions for elite and amateur racers-humans only!
Beginning August 29, 2023, and running through September 7, 2023, Chase The Yellow is the first GC-based Stage Racing event on the cycling esports platform indieVelo.
Popularized on Wahoo-RGT for engaging and competitive racing and top-notch broadcasting, Chase The Yellow promises to set the gold standard for online racing by building on indieVelo’s esports-focused foundation of unparalleled game physics and robust performance validation.
The event consists of three categories: Men’s, Women’s, and Team-Based GC competitions contested across Four Stages. There are two entry options, “Pro Pen” for elite racers with the highest levels of verification and “Sportive” for those who want to ride for the fun and challenge.
To accommodate riders from across the globe, Sportive racers can line up for each stage during three separate time slots throughout the race day:
BST 06.00 / 1.00 / 19:30
CET 07:00 / 12:00 / 20:30
Pro Men’s and Pro Women’s Fields combined!
ZMS Esports Studios will air the 19:30 races, providing professional production and insightful commentary that racers and fans have come to enjoy.
