Coming to The Zom this week will be the introduction of our Virtual Case Study feature.
We will be starting with the Low Back and providing a basic overview of cycling-specific implications.
From there we will be focusing on the importance of Core Strengthening for cyclists.
The final article for the week will be the first of many Core Strength Exercise Program progressions, complete with instructional videos produced by Coach Joy.
