Virtual Cycling News will bring you news, rumours and reviews on all things RGT whilst looking at some of the other online training apps that are available. The show is hosted by Mike Lister, an eRacer with over 15,000 miles logged on Zwift and RGT and Riley Harvey, who is involved with several regular group rides and events on RGT. Between them they seem to know everything that is going on right across the community

The vCycling News Hosts
Mike Lister – Mike has clocked up 10,000 miles on Zwift and 5,000 on RGT. He is a keen racer who enjoys riding tactical crit races or longer events of 75-100km. He also organises the weekly team time trial event on RGT and is involved with the annual 2 week stage race Tour du Monde.
Riley Harvey – Riley has been a regular on RGT since the early days and has also dabbled with BKool, he’s a weekend regular as a prominent member of Team Lou, helping to support group rides and introduce new members to the indoor cycling scene.
Semi-retired as owner and director of his private Orthopedic Physical Therapy practice after over 20 years, Chris is blessed with the freedom to pursue his passion for virtual cycling and writing. On a continual quest to give back to his bike for all the rewarding experiences and relationships it has provided him, he created a non-profit. Chris is committed to helping others with his bike through its work and the pages of his site.
In the summer of 2022, he rode 3,900 miles from San Francisco to New York to support the charity he founded, TheDIRTDadFund. His “Gain Cave” resides on the North Fork of Long Island, where he lives with his beautiful wife and is proud of his two independent children.
