Mark and his wife, Siobhan, are parents to two kids, Owen, who has ADHD (and possibly Autism), and Mackenzie. Mark was also diagnosed with ADHD at 47.

He is passionate about coaching by building stronger connections through individual strengths as a family; one of those strengths is his son’s love of movement.

In true ADHD style, Mark has incorporated his talents into the fields of Logistics, IT, and Healthcare, is a musician, Triathlete, and loves baking. They live in Vancouver, BC.
