Riley Harvey caught up with New Zealand based endurance cyclist Jeff Rooney in the run-up to his Guinness World Record Attempt this weekend.
He will set out to ride the furthest distance in 12 hours on a virtual platform, currently, the unofficial record stands at a whopping 510km. The pair chat about what makes Jeff tick and his motivation to take on new challenges.
Jeff also provides insight into how he gained an interest in virtual cycling as well as providing a detailed look into the preparation required for an official world record.
